Flat Fee Services

For all flat fee work, I offer convenient payment plans.

    Pricing: $1,000 for single members, or $1,500 for multiple members

General Counsel Plans

My general counsel plans are monthly, flat-rate subscription plans that allow you access to an attorney without having to worry about watching the clock. While all plans are custom priced based on your individual business needs, here is sample pricing for reference:

  • Issue Spot - $250 per month: Unlimited calls and emails to help spot issues and triage legal needs plus a discount on our normal hourly rate for any additional work needed.

  • Sprout - $2,000 per month: All services included in the Issue Spot plus unlimited contract reviewing and drafting.

  • Early Growth - $4,000 per month: All services included in the Sprout plus contract negotiation and weekly, monthly, and quarterly legal strategy conferences to discuss short-, mid-, and long-term goals.

  • Sustained Momentum - $6,000 per month: All services included in the Early Growth plus unlimited internal policy and procedure drafting and implementation.
