Meet Your Attorney

Mike LaBozzetta

I founded Faro Law STL to help others protect and grow their businesses. I am currently licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri.

Prior professional experience:

  • I worked with Fortune 500 companies to evaluate their transfer pricing and international tax positions and risks; a job which allowed me to learn the entire value chain of clients and gave me the skills to help my clients align their transfer pricing strategy with their business strategy to maximize stable future growth potential.

  • I worked with members of the St. Louis community who were looking to set up their own non-profit entities to serve a need they saw as going unfulfilled. Seeing the passion these people have for their community inspired me to support these organizations; they are critical to building a healthy community.

My Education

  • JD/MBA from Saint Louis University; St. Louis, Missouri

  • BSBA in International Business from Saint Louis University; St. Louis, Missouri

  • Graduate course work at the Université Paris Dauphine; Paris, France

  • Undergraduate course work at the École Supérieure des Sciences Commerciales d’Angers; Angers, France

My Civic Involvement

  • President of the Board of the St. Louis Arts Chamber of Commerce

  • Volunteer Attorney and Presenter for the Volunteer Lawyers and Accountants for the Arts

  • Volunteer Attorney and Presenter for the BALSA Foundation

  • Board Member for United 4 Children

  • Member of the Listenership Committee of Classic 107.3

Faro means “lighthouse” in Italian.

Just as a lighthouse guides a boat safely into a harbor, Faro Law STL guides entrepreneurs, startups and small businesses through legal issues, which can be daunting. My company name is also a nod to my Italian heritage.
