We’ll set up a free consultation call to discuss your business and the process of drafting a contract template to use with your customers.

If you would like to move forward, I’ll then have you complete an intake form, sign an engagement letter, and send you a questionnaire for you to complete regarding the specific transaction to be covered by the contract template.

You complete the questionnaire to start the clock on the one week.

I will send over the first draft of your contract template within one day of receiving the completed questionnaire.

You spend a couple of days reviewing the draft and providing comments and questions on it back to me.

I will integrate your comments and questions into a final draft of the template and schedule a call with you to go over the final draft, and answer any final questions you may have.
