I offer a comprehensive variety of services to help business owners identify and address legal issues with their businesses, draft and negotiate contracts, and help protect and grow their businesses.
Flat Fee Services
For all flat fee work, I offer convenient payment plans.

General Counsel Plans
My general counsel plans are monthly, flat-rate subscription plans that allow you access to an attorney without having to worry about watching the clock. The Core Issue Spot plan is the foundation for every subscription and modules can be added as needed.
Core Issue Spot - $325 per month: Unlimited calls and emails to help spot issues and triage legal needs plus a discount on my normal hourly rate for any additional work needed.
Modules can be added onto the Core Issue Spot plan and are tailored for specific legal needs. This model allows you to customize your legal representation while keeping an eye on costs.
Strategy Module - $1,000 per month: This module is for those who would like to add regular meetings with your attorney to discuss high-level strategy such as corporate structure, M&A targets, and due diligence.
Contracts Module - $2,000 per month: This module is for those who need contract drafting and negotiation on a regular basis.
Compliance Module - starting at $3,500 per month: This module is for those who have regular compliance matters that need constant monitoring and attention. As different industries have different regulatory environments, I can customize a plan that fits your needs.
Phase-Based & Hourly Fee Work
